History :Daniel Evans & Rachel Tackley

2016 -

Daniel Evans and Rachel Tackley joined Chichester Festival Theatre in the summer of 2016 as Artistic Director and Executive Director respectively, appointed with a mandate to build on the success of the past and take the Theatre into its next chapter. Festival 2017, the first season under their leadership, continues Chichester’s tradition of epic productions in the Festival Theatre and compelling, intimate dramas and world premieres in the Minerva Theatre, alongside an exciting musical in the Festival Theatre. With two London transfers, including one to the West End, within their first season, Daniel Evans and Rachel Tackley have launched Chichester Festival Theatre into its next chapter of continuing to create exhilarating, world-class theatre.
